OIBU on the river  Contributor's Pick!
OIBU runs along the Susquehanna at one of my favorite spots with a long cut of empty hoppers head out. Sometimes, rather than have the cars wait for the next Goudy coal train, Conrail would run them back to Buffalo on OIBU, then forward them from there in regular trains.
