New SWP 406         
Slug engine 406 has recently arrived from Illinois and is currently undergoing final testing and maintenance before going into regular train service on the Southwest Pennsylvania Railroad. The official name for it given by SWP is a Tractive Effort Booster Unit. It is in a GP38 shell. Works with SWP 4006 GP40-2 which was behind it.
