| OIBU has pulled down to West BD after doing its Binghamton work, and is now pumping air and waiting for the conductor to reach the head end. Once everything is complete, it will head for its next stop in Elmira. The track going off to the right is the ex DLW main. This is where it ties in to the ex Erie, now CRs Southern Tier Line. |
