CR SW1500 9591
It was a cold day in February, and the crew was staying warm and keeping an eye on railfans taking their picture while moving through the yard. All three ex-RDG paint scheme stages of the 10 month old Conrail are present at Abrams yard in February, 1977. Blue CR SW1500 9591(ex-RDG 2752) works between sister-unit 2762 (CR 9612) in RDG livery, and newly stenciled GP-7 5817 (ex-RDG 625) still in RDG olive drab. The paint crews would have some fun with CR 9591 in March, 1977 by painting the trucks silver.
