PBNE 41 & 42 - Philadelphia, Bethlehem & New England  Contributor's Pick!       
These two switchers were caught at the Bethlehem Steel plant transferring slag car #47. No date was given for this photo but since the number logo is sharp and there are no signs of rust and grime streaking on the sides, I am "guesstimating" this was 2000 or earlier. No photographer lsited.
