At 2:57pm on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, I caught eastbound Loram Rail grinder grinding through CP YANDA in Youngstown, Ohio on CSX’s New Castle Subdivision. I believe this move was operating as Loram 309. The “leader” is RG318. The westbound signal is shown green for westbound Q375.
