SOU Passenger Station         
Soutm Carolina (Southern) Railroad Depot (C. 1877). The Branchville Station stands at what was the first place a railroad line split from another railroad line in the world. The site of the station is where the South Carolina Canal and Railway Company's mainine split to Columbia along the Charleston to Hamburg line (near present day North Augusta, SC).
