RDG 1189
Built in the 1920s by Pullman for the Reading Company, this coach was assigned to some of the name trains of the system, such as the King Coal and later the Crusader. Retired in 1966, it arrived at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania a few years later. It sat on display in the outdoor storage yard for many years until recently being moved across the street to the Strasburg Railroad's yard. Judging by markings on the side, this car might be destined for the Reading Company Technical & Historical Society of Hamburg, PA in the near future.
