RT 10
Old Baldwin VO-1000 that used to work a local mine rests at the end of a shop track on the WVC. Some time ago, it was anticipated that it would run again. The unit was repainted, but has been sitting behind the shops for a few years now.

Nice catch! Up in Southern New Jersey, SMS Rail has some Baldwins, even a VO, but not with the older rounded "step guards" ! :)
