Bill Kisselstein General 2409 is former NW 425, built for NdeM but sold to Wabash when the order was cancelled and spent many years as a B-unit due to the cab labeling being in Spanish. It's second career after N&W was at a power plant who painted it this color. 1/30/2016 10:57:17 PM
