Chris Fussell General Jacob, there was no room for these two in Portland, and they were being picked apart by scrap thieves ($20k of HEP cables stolen off of 231 along with shotgun blasts to windshield), so it was time to get them out of Portland and under new ownership. 7/27/2015 10:12:50 PM
