| This view looks east at what's left of the Rock Island right of way near Versailles, MO. The rails are still in the roadbed, somewhere, but 30-plus years of de facto abandonment have taken a toll on this once-active line. I don't know when the rails were removed, and the roadbed graded through, to make this a level grade crossing. |
