| Originally built by EMD in August of 1951 for the Texas & Pacific Rwy as their #2016 (serial #11586), it eventually bore the MP logo later. Here it is stopped at an unidentified station. The caption on the back of the photo reads "Train from Laredo. One Coach and Texas Trans Co private car on rear." The unit was retired less than a year later in Januray of 1970 and traded back to EMD. |
