Erie station  Contributor's Pick!
The Erie had several lines in Orange couny, one of which was the Newburgh Branch that had the distinction of running underneath Moodna Viaduct. The next station south was Washingtonville, which at the time this photo was taken in 1984 was an antique shop. Twenty some years after the line was abandoned, the Erie station sign is still on the building.
