| ICG piggyback train P-55 was about to cross Napoleon Avenue and enter the railroad's intermodal ramp at Stuyvesant Docks Yard. The locomotives were GP10 8249, GP11 8734 and SD20 2001. The two tacks in the foreground were the main lines of the New Orleans Public Belt. Notice the ICG tractor on the first flat car. |
