Whitcomb 80T  Contributor's Pick!
Special thanks to Mr. Rick Morgen for following informations: That blue centercab should be Whitcomb 80T Navy 65-00118 (60514, 10/44) that ended up at the Pantex nuke plant near Amarillo TX before moving on to its current location. I’ve posted a shot of it as PANTEX 0 in my “John Pouch File” in black paint sitting in nearby Hereford TX.

Tom Beckett General Interesting shot of an old, rare, obscure unit. Lots of these oddballs sitting on old industrial tracks around the country. Surprisingly, some are still in use. Bet this one would look good with the McGinnis style "BM" on it for Boston & Maine :-) 3/9/2014 3:39:32 AM
Robert Farkas General Congratulations on this obscure Whitcomb. 5/1/2014 9:34:49 PM
