| SD60 3808 idles on the point of SU-99 as it sits in Franklin Lakes. After waiting for about 30 minutes, the train finally crossed Franklin Avenue only to stop again on the other side. Ultimately, SU-99 was towed back to Ridgefield Park by local yard wower. |
