abandoned ex-SCL relay box.         
Relay box that operated the abandoned crossing signals 5 miles or south of Cuthbert, Ga shot off the GA 216 overpass. Notice the "SCL" sticker on the side, I am surprised it didn't get a SBD or CSX sticker to replace it.
