NACC ?
North American Car Corporation (no number) at Igloo, South Dakota on August 25, 1983, Kodachrome by Jim Altman, Chuck Zeiler collection. If anyone knows anything about this locomotive, please leave a comment. It would appear to be an ex-US Army GE 80 ton, either USAX 7863 or 7870, an early production judging by all the trim plates.

Steve Young General If it is 7863, it was claimed by Bob Lehmuth to be at NRHS Houston, whose museum physical site is currently undergoing redevelopment at a new location in Tomball, TX. http://texasrrmuseum.org/ 8/17/2018 11:05:30 PM
Steve Young General Although I notice it's not listed on the website, they should be able to give you some info on which locomotive it actually is/was, and where it is now. 8/17/2018 11:08:29 PM
