Chris Martone General Troy, no. That service, called the GA/FL express, started almost 10 years later. The picture here is 432 when she was new being sent to FEC from EMD. The FEC would finish setting her up as well as receiving her "candy cane" stripping down in New Smyrna Beach shortly thereafter. 4/27/2018 10:27:30 AM
