ATSF 6309         
PURCELL OK Sept 21 1980 -- Santa Fe U23b 6309 is on the headend of train 445. A crew has been called and will soon take the train south. In the background on the second track from the left a northbound train departs. Another northbound train awaits a crew on the third track from the left. EMD built the 6309 (s/n 37500) in July 1970 and delivered it in blue with yellow ends. It was repainted yellow warbonnet after June 1972.
