| Finally...evidence of heritage of the diner now undergoing restoration at Tifton GA. Car is former ATSF 1495/Amtrak 8040. Built by Budd in 1942 as a 36 seat diner, later reconfigured to 48 seats. Thanks for Mike Woodruff for info concerning heritage of the car. |
