Thisphoto is probably later in the decade as the SD39 has a light on the nose, thus indicating a rebuilt, post 1985. This also looks like the east end of gthe San Bernardino, CA, yard. The Santa Fe does not run into Palm Springs.

Oops! 4013 IS a GP60 from series built in 1988 and 1989, and not a SD39 with the same number.
