CN Ballast car I think so, # 347023
I dont know these cars, but, they look like old D&H car?? Somebody have information about that?

Geoff Doane	General	Not a ballast car. These cars were built for the ill-fated Westray Mine in Nova Scotia. The mine blew up in 1992, killing 26 miners. Soon afterwards, the Westray logo was painted out, and the cars moved to Alberta.	12/6/2012 3:12:36 PM
