If this unit was originally a PC GP38 it may still have the frame but is a “composite” locomotive. It now has three fans, versus two, the fuel tank is larger. The dynamic brakes are extended range instead of standard. The battery box and cab appears to be -2 as does the air duct. It appears the turbo area has been modified. Identity suspect.
