75 LBS OUGREE 1903, Rail made in Belgian.
OUGREE = Ougree-Marihaye a Belgian iron and steel producing company with mill in Seraing, Belgian. XI = Nov. Rail is still in active use after 100 + years as seen in photo. Interestingly, Malhure Valley Railway built the first rail into Vale in 1907. This may not be original rail for this line. This is now Oregon eastern (WOCO) yard in Vale.
