| NORMAN OK September 1977 -- Battered but not beaten. This undated photo shows Santa Fe F7A 275 in downtown Norman. It will be the lead unit when the Norman turn returns to Nowers Yard in Oklahoma City. This site is within feet of the now gone tracks of the interurban to Oklahoma City. This locomotive was built by EMD in November 1953. In March 1978 workers at Cleburne shops rebuilt it as CF7 2417. (Roster information from atsfrr.net, date based on slide mount) |
