ATSF 8082         
YESO NM Sept 25 1988 -- BNSF C30-7 8082 and three other units put on a smoke show on the Transcon. The lead unit was built by GE in May 1979. It was retired in June 1994. (Roster information from atsfrr.net) Yeso is a ghost town on U.S. 60 and has several crumbling buildings. In Spanish the name means gypsum. The town was established with the arrival of the ATSF 1906.
