WE 3016 (4)
Leading an empty ore/coke train west over the rusty old Chaintown Bridge, the beginning of the remote Creek Hills area. Since the last time I photographed this engine, it has gotten new number boards but now it has a burnt out ditch light. WE 3016 is a former Wisconsin Central 3016, Oxford 3016, and Union Pacific 3016 SD40 built in 1966. Acquired by Wheeling and Lake Erie in 1992 and rebuilt by their Brewster Shops in September 2000.
