ATN Southbound Local Freight Train Z390 ( Gadsden to Birmingham, Al. ) passing through Hardwick, Al. on their way to interchange with CSXT at Boyles Terminal in Tarrant City, Al. with FCR GP20 leading the way, very rarely does the GP20 make an appearance on the road local that interchanges with CSXT in Birmingham, Al., even more rare that it leads, so this was an awesome catch, this is my 1st capture of this gem leading a train as a matter of fact, since ATN has been in existence roughly 9 years, the FCR GP20 2002 & GP38-2 2001 are usually kept in yard service in Gadsden & sometimes run on the Guntersville turn, but rarely make appearances on the road local Z390/Z389 to Birmingham to interchange with CSXT, thanks to a friend giving me a heads up I was able to catch this gem

William H. Davis Jr. General Thanks Geneva, that's because it is a former SP GP20, it rarely makes appearances on the road local that interchanges with CSXT & even more rare that it leads, so this was an awesome catch 11/25/2011 11:32:42 PM
