Never owned by Delavan as far as I've known. This was rebuilt by ILSX after the BN sold it, shipped to ConAgra, and the LVR on the cab is for the Landisville Railroad in PA. It has since been reassigned to the Claremont-Concord in NH. Ed Heck, formerly of the RBMN, owns both operations.
