| Conrail B23-7 1945 at 18th Street in Chicago, Illinois on an unknown day in May 1980, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. This is a typical transfer run from Conrail's yards on the south side of Chicago to BN's yard on the west side in Cicero. This train will run through the wye at Union Avenue Interlocking and out to Cicero. Usually it will return with transfers off the BN and retrace its route back to home rails. |
