| OKLAHOMA CITY OK Mar 23 1975 -- Engineer Wayne Rector (right) and Fireman Johnny Goff pose with their office on wheels. The two are part of the short pool which operated from Arkansas City KS to Purcell OK. Wayne and Johnny were good friends of the Norman OK railfan group. We even met them for dinner at a restauranti in Purcell after they brought in in the southbound train. The next day they would board the northbound for their return to Ark City. If they saw one of us out taking pictures they would wrap train orders around a flare and throw them to us. |
