An ex-CRR loco on ex-LV trackage; originally built as a GP-7 for the Clinchfield RR (CRR 912, blt 12/52), 1713 was rebuilt as a GP-16 during her Seaboard System days, and now works in eastern Pa. for the RJ Corman line
