| The Whippany Railway Museum has commenced restoration of its former US Army Alco 0-6-0 4039. The locomotive is known for running on excursions out of Whippany from 1965 until the Morris County Central Railroad's departure to the NYS&W tracks at Newfoundland in 1973. |
