| NJTR 4300 sits at the back of the Dover storage yard with one of the new ALP-46 electrics delivered earlier this year. The Geep was built in 1968 as Penn Central 3189 and was upgraded to GP40-2 standards by Conrail's Juniata Shops in 1995 as part of a trade involving NJ Transit's disposal of the ex-EL U34CH locomotives. |
