Short eastbound load of hopper cars with 'solar panels' on each car. I'm guessing that these cars are used to haul heated loads...perhaps asphalt? Anyone? Beuller?

Brett Jones	General	The panels are for controling the doors on the bottom these cars are used for ballast and there are batteries the pannels charge that a person uses a remote control to release the ballast. Nice Shot	7/2/2013 6:52:36 PM
