Aug 3, 2010: Eastbound NS 38Q         
Norfolk Southern eastbound freight 38Q caught a red light just before hitting the uphill grade to CP Piney Flats about 12 miles east of the NS yard in Bristol, VA. Now it is straining at the top of the grade at the Piney Flats Road crossing.
