GA SW unit works Hulsey Yard leads at an interstate overpass near downtown Atlanta
This shot was on I-20 East of the 20-85-75 junction about a mile or two. The date is approximately 1974 as we were headed to Vidalia, Georgia for a Plant Tour at Georgia Power's Edwin I.Hatch Nuclear Facility near Baxley, Ga. It was the old Atlanta Belt Line between Moreland Ave and Boulevard SE.

James Hough General Cool, and tricky shot. This appears to be the GARR crossing I-285 west of Decatur heading towards Stone Mountain. 1/20/2011 6:18:13 PM
Atlanta Rails General Very cool!!! This trackage is long gone, the old A&WP belt at this point is now Bill Kennedy Way. 2/6/2012 10:17:08 PM
