NS 3905 and the Hotel Roanoke         
8.8.1989 Roanoke, VA. Another view of the 3905 with the magnificent Hotel Roanoke providing the backdrop. At the time of this photo in August of 1989, the hotel was still owned by Norfolk Southern. It was only a few months later in November that the hotel was deeded over to Virginia Tech.
