Helper units on the NS 55A grain train have now cleared the bridge for all the JMU students in need of a short cut  Contributor's Pick!       
I fault JMU as well! They can at best they could erect a pedestrian bridge. There are a large number of off campus houses in this area and the students can cut as much as 30 min. off their walk to campus by cutting through here. I'm not saying its right but I feel like JMU is leaving the candy dish out while the kids are alone at home!
