William Grimes General Was CSX 1821 then GRIV 1821 then BB 9. Gauley River R.R., L.L.C. leased three GP16s all of which were painted on the Buckingham Branch at Dillwyn in the 1990's. GRIV sold this GP16 and BB 8 to the Buckingham Branch in the Summer of 2005. 10/3/2005 3:34:59 PM
