| Amtrak E8A 293 was photographed outside the diesel shop at New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal, still displaying the identity of its previous owner. The locomotive was built in April 1950 as Pennsylvania Railroad 5886A, and was renumbered PRR 4286 in preperation for the Penn Central merger. |
