| The coal train from Colorado to Mississippi Power Company's Daniel Electric Generating Plant at Escatawpa, Mississippi usually operated over the Illinois Central Gulf from the MP connection at Memphis to the Mississippi Export connection at Evanston via Hattiesburg; but because of a problem on the train's usual route, here it is on the ICG passing the yard office at Mays Yard en route to the Seaboard System for delivery to the MSE at Pascagoula. The train has yellow MP SD50's 5028, 5007 and 5006; all were built in November and December 1984. |
