David Sanderbeck	General	Brian, This picture is taken in East St. Louis where the A&S crossed the L&N at a place called L&N Crossing. This place has changed alot in almost 30 years. All the remains is the two A&S main tracks,the bridge over St .Clair Ave.,buildings in the background. The interchange tracks are now all gone. The L&N row is now Metrolink ,which flys over the A&S here.This place today is refered as the Powerplant due to a large Substation at the photographers back. The Powerplant is used as point to stage trains for yarding at the A&S.Next time a I get stopped at this location in the day time I will take a picture and posted to RRPictures Archives to show the difference in time at this location.	12/5/2009 1:03:18 PM
