BN GP9 1810         
BN GP9 1810 at Galesburg, Illinois on June 11, 1983, photo by Chuck Zeiler. Built in April 1954 as GN 658 (c/n 19366) on EMD Order 5286, it became BN 1810, retired by the BN in January 1985, and later became CM (Central Montana) 1810. The long hood is the front, and its maintenance base is either Northtown or Lincoln, it's stencilled for both.

David Brudnicki General I had many a cab ride in 1810 growing up on Central Montana as BN assigned it frequently as power for the Great Falls to Lewistown local. Thanks for all the great BN photos! 5/18/2012 9:57:53 PM
