Jamie Smith General I doubt this truck was trying to beat the train. Since it is a federal law commercial vehicles hauling haz-mat must stop at all rail crossings unless the crossing is exempt, he probably stopped too close and the gate came down on the truck. 1/31/2017 9:44:35 PM
