Adam Twiss	General	The GP 28 is not a rebuild like the GP28M and GP28P are, These units look similar and are the replacement model for the GP18 with the same horsepower. The trucks under this engine are the Dash 2 blomberg M trucks which were originally under a GP 38-2, the GP 28s replacement model was the GP 38 and later the GP38-2.	2/8/2013 8:29:02 PM
