Richmond's Best Skyscraper Over the C&O Viaduct         
And if the State of Virginia persists with their idiotic attempts at removing any 20th Century history from downtown Richmond, this will be about the only good skyscraper left (VCU wants to demolish the West Hospital Building at MCV and Virginia wants to demolish the 9th Street Office Building (they already have removed the pretty, but neglected for years 8th Street Office Building) - that would leave only the Central National Bank Building (supposed to be rennovated into Class 1 Office Space by Douglas Jamal, but some problems in Washington, DC and the bad economy may well delay that - the now BB&T Building and the Jefferson Hotel are about the only other good ones - really, Richmond has some good architecture, but it is just not cherished like it should be (and the Commonwealth and VCU are to blame - because most of it they own and have done too much unsympathetic restorations/destructions).
