You got me on the model number, but since this looks like a coal facility, I could be wrong though, it's probably owned by the facility that it serves. But then again, I'm speculating as I've never been there to know any better

Twin Exhaust Stacks. Doesnt that make it at least an SW1200 like EFRR 2716? Mind you the side vents have a different layout so it could be a much later model. Even if its a captive unit doesnt it need to have a unit number? Who was that masked locomotive?
